Storyline Design Workshop - morning session

Info - due to the holiday season, we will postpone this workshop for two weeks from the 5th of April to the 21st of April

The future changes by telling stories. The mission of the 'Stories from 2050' project is to create multiple and alternative stories that provoke thinking of a sustainable Europe in 2050. Join us in this session to build with us the storylines for the final Stories from 2050. We will guide you through a storyline building process, that helps you to get to the essence of the story you want to tell. With the support of our planetary narratives, we've created in a previous workshop and build the setting of our stories, we will send you on a mission to create characters, the plot and learnings you want to embed in your message from 2050. And don't worry, you can be part of this even if you haven't attended the previous session.

Learn how to use storytelling to build a powerful narrative empowers people in the present to take action for creating a better future together.

During this workshop session, we will review submitted characters and create new ones that can interact with each other before we start framing the foundation of our storylines for the final narratives. As a preparation for the workshop please do the following:

• Read the Futures Persona Challenge
• Read the Enriched Planet Narratives
• Pick a planet and describe its inhabitants
• Post your character in our Futures Rooms 

The best characters will be part of the final 20 Stories from 2050; this is the opportunity for you to get visibility and recognition within the EU Commission and be part of the story-writing process.
